"" Wow absolutely amazing, Intelirent came to my rescue, firstly they visited my dad's flat to let in Colchester town and took the time to fully understand my situation, gave me great advice, and then gave me a fair rental valuation offer, they offered to put things right, decorate and furnish the property to a quality lettable standard, using their own money. They carry out a full property management program giving me frequent updates on the condition and remain responsible for all the utility bills, tenancy certificates and even pay for and carry out routine maintenance repairs. I now have very little dealings with my property but I do get regular updates, and I know my tenants are all professionals; the best bit is I get my rental income the 15th day of every month direct in my bank account.
